Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely appreciate your donation, and hope that you enjoy the token of our appreciation that you have chosen.  However, since your donation is used immediately upon acceptance to fund donations and services to veterans, "returns" are not possible. However, if you find that the item that you received as a token of our appreciation has been damaged or not as you ordered, please contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your donation, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • To complete your return, please include receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at XXXXX and send your item to: XXXX. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: XXXX  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
